Founded in 2025, we have been committed to helping survivors achieve safety, stability and rebuilding independence in their lives. We work alongside individuals in the short and long term, overcoming barriers, rebuilding confidence, and creating positive futures. We are determined, resilient and proactive. 

At UP Service London, we recognise the pain, fear and challenges of every individual. We seek to understand circumstances without judgement, creating a safe and supportive environment to create and rebuild safe lives. We act with humanity, patience and sensitivity throughout all our interactions.
